I read up definition of turn-key property on your website it says that a property must be:1) Fully renovated2) Rented3) Professionally managed4) Cash-flowing from the startAnd in case of Joshua, it didn't meet any of the above criteria, so IMO, it's a stretch to call that property a turn-key.
