We are looking at software to manage the booking of our mid-term properties. 

I am wondering if some of you get the owners account info to setup in the software to have their rental payments go directly in and vender payments coming directly out?

The market wasn’t as strong as it had been when we first agreed to terms, and he needed the discount to make it work.Now, I know my market.

The more stuff (toys, decor, shoes, software apps, employees, etc), the less joy I experience.

These things hold their value amazingly well.If I had to guess, if you bought it for 40k and only used 9 or 10 times, the hours on the machine would be so low you could probably resell it for 35k or better (given that their retail value would go up over three years so the discount from say 48k to 40k might even mean you break even)..

Your rent processing company, over and above your software company for property management can be a real asset.

I know it is alot, but I thought with a open schedule and possible ability to get this property at a discounted price it could bring in some return as I would have an easy tenant and location is perfect. 

For furniture, thinkwhat maybe you have had in the past that you have had a while and maybe try tofind that at a discount.
