Hi, my names Jordan gladden I'm looking to purchase a my first property it's a 1 acre lot with a nice 3 bedroom 1 bath house it's in good shape, the other house has been converted to a shed because it's in bad shape if I bought the property I would of course turn the other she's back into a house.

Please feel free to correct any of my assumptions below and shed light on the process.I have been looking at the county tax sales, seems like most CA counties hold these auctions twice a year.

Also if somebody from north Jersey has experience with, and can shed some light on, what numbers could be expected at closing along with what operational expenses would look like in the first month, it would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that I should consult attorney if I am serious about pursuing this issue, but can you shed a light on advantage/disadvantage of sole member vs. partnership LLC for rental?

Last I checked, farm land in Oregon is zoned to allow for one primary residence and out buildings, such as a barn, shed, or stable.
