Many homes in the Seattle area are getting 50-60 offers and buyers are getting sweet-talked into paying $300k+ above asking price and waiving all contingencies after spending a 15 minute time window at the house, because all the slots to view the home get booked up and there isn't an opportunity to even do a pre-inspection even if the buyer wanted to.

I haven't had any issues, but the one set is getting a lot of use... we are finishing a renovation and figured it would be good to have another on hand... like playing the slots and always winning.I am still waiting for the tenants to complain about one or the other using the machines too much (aka sinking to much cash into my pocket) but hasn't happened yet.

I have seven properties I've bought in the past two years, and my only regret is that I've run out of my six slots to do Fannie-Mae backed cash-out refinances. :( So now I'm reduced to commercial loans, which are far less attractive, especially long term.
