@Nathan Gesner @Michael Smythe To clarify, the commissions for the agents and lenders provided through them, along with the labour for the contractors are still being paid to the individuals involved, just like it would be should I go ahead and find them myself. 

However, right now there is no rush on the short term rental.

If your network likes the pure equity play, you should offer that.With the "debt" financing, are you planning on using this as your mortgage, with no "traditional" mortgage ahead of it?

When I purchased here it was the opposite, I made an offer and it was low and they quickly said no and all my Realtor did was tell me to make another offer, tried to rush me, and create urgency but eventually the market came to me.
