I have been I property management for 30+ years, dealing with bad tenants & evictions, I would suggest ( My Opinion) Let your attorney deal with it and hire a management company to manage your property (ies) this way you don't have that issue and relax and know that they will handle the situation if they arise again.

I've been telling the RE agents (all have experience working with RE investors) that I want to focus on flipping right now, but I'm worried about the timing considering by the time we find and close a deal, rehab and ready to list, we would be in holiday season - probably the worst time to list a home.
