I'm a fan of always airing on the side of caution, even if you don't foresee all of the allotted expense being used.

My family and I actually just air bnb a house in Ojai, CA. a few weeks ago where the property owner did the exact same thing.

If it's a window unit it could help to run a fan in front of it to push the air farther into the room. 

, do not forget you will be prolonging the sale for the 2-3 months it takes to build it and you will have mortgage payments and taxes to figure in holding costs for those months, which take away from that profit. best to get all your numbers and find out if the expenses are worth the return.

I wanted to just ask if there were any rental owners out there that are using the Air BnB method in the properties they own?

It's quirky I know but the house boats in Garrison Bight and spread around the area were really what attracted me as air bnb (which didn't exist at the time) places.  

Basically, it will suck the air in as it starts to float upwards.
