If so, why haven't the taxes been progressively paid out of her account?

I plan to gradually fix up the units and then raise the rent progressively until we reach market level which is around $425 for 2bd/1bth a month and $500 for 3bd/1bth.

I have 1 rental and two rehabs currently in progress there.

I'll be sure to keep you in the loop with our progress.

I am wholesaling with my partner and everything is doing well for us and we are persistent and progressing quickly.
