Way to stick with it and have some perseverance! 

To get to this base had a lot of failures, but you persevere.  

But now, you have the information to go out and close deal after deal (as long as you have enough grind and perseverance to stick with it - just like going to the gym with goals of losing weight and gaining muscle). 

It takes patience and perseverance but you don't need a $50K program to get started.

Through hard work and perseverance I was able to earn my bachelors degree without scholarships/grants and only cumulating about $15k in student loans.

Congratulations, @David Zheng perseverance and hard work pays off.

You need the right mindset and perseverance to succeed in this business.
