It's amazing how with one income you and the wife pulled it off, in Silicon Valley we have people with very high 6 figs income and ended up with $0 at the end of the month, like what Brandon said "not enough month at the end of the money" you are a great example of what discipline and perseverance and vision achieve.

We are the total sum of our choices, hard work and perseverance or lack thereof. 

With this being said, it takes time, effort, and a lot of perseverance because you will face challenges.

Like with most things...time and perseverance are the key.  

It took planning, diligence and perseverance, but when I start this process again, I plan on trying the same plan of action.
