Is anyone surprised that it came from someone who offers software and a mentorship program for a charge.Be careful who you take your advice from but it seems like the BP community overwhelmingly showed common sense.Good luck and persevere!

I have learn that sometimes you may not be doing something wrong but you just have to persevere during the tough times when you are not reaching motivated sellers.
