We own two beach houses in ocean lakes and they average around 50-70k/ea depending on economy etc. you couldnt pay me to buy a condo in nmb or mb right now

@Jon D. some questions, the answers may help you better focus.1) Why did you pay your primary mortgage off in the first place?

The reverse mortgage company wants buyout and I dont have over 200k to pay out.

I don't see them showing up or paying any of the back rent that's due to become current if they wanted to stay.

After all, you have no evidence they agreed to pay rent or any of the other terms.

I don't know the rules in the US, but in Canada, you can do that every 2 years and when you sell, you don't pay taxes on the capital gains.

Make sure the tenants are paying market rent or above, otherwise your loan will be DSCR constrained.

I was wondering if it is worth paying for BP pro membership for the special discount with Home Depot (e.g. flooring, appliances, etc). 

  ( i have owned 3 brokerages over the years and will stand behind those numbers).in the RE training space my thoughts are :5 to 10% of folks that pay for training do anything with it.

And I would love some passive income or at least someone to pay my mortgage until we can pay it off maybe.
