We have a tenant who hired a truck and crew to help him move out of a unit that we own.

Well gee, if the company at ABC marked their truck up significantly more, then who got the best deal?

The neighbor called some in for parking their truck with trailer attached parked legally in front of their house in the street. 

While I’m sure there are different costs and regulations, the company I used was 2 hours away and I had to pay for 3 trucks worth of equipment and 7 employees for the whole day to complete the project.

A recent tenant did that and the moving truck arrived a day late and it caused tremendous hassle. 

Another soffit/bulkhead goes through off the truck line in bedroom 4 to the kitchen in the great room, but I don't really care about that.All bedroom vents are 6x10". 

He said he was not interested because he wanted to use the money to pay off his truck and buy his wife a new car.

That's probably why they create all these self-help tools so we don't have to call them :) Hahah yeah....Have you noticed a lot of the big corporate monsters are making it nearly impossible to find even a contact phone #...?

Look into replacing your ducts snd running a new truck and return up to the upper floors for better air flow.
