." - which to me indicates the same doubts that I have about the legality of the IRS position.Until the IRS is challenged in court over this position and loses, I choose to comply with their position.

I wish the appointment was with him... its with an attorney at his firm, hopefully this attorney has a lot of experience and gives we several legal options... not another sales pitch.

Even if they don't fix it you would need to hope a magistrate decides its severe enough to evict.
