At the best of times it was an incredible amount of work with moderate pay and at the worst of times, it was an unbelievably hard business to keep afloat.So I have a chance right now to change my life and I am hoping the amazing people of r/realestateinvesting can help me.My incorporation owns the large building, it has multiple zones, they are:Residential for the apartment upstairs, which gets me 1100$ a month.Commercial for the gallery/ shop down stairs.Industrial for the factory area in the back.Its a big building!

I work in corporate America and have co-workers in their early 30's that are paycheck to paycheck because of their lifestyle choices. 

Starting off we have investors who will be LP's at 100% with sweat equity for us at anywhere from 5-10% as well as development fees incorporated to soft costs for any new construction.

I'm doing some research before incorporating texting and RVM into my marketing strategy.

Finally- contemplating a 1031 exchange on the property anyway in a year or so and thinking that incorporating is pointless if that’s the plan.

So happy that real estate transactions have been incorporating technology to always stay on the cutting edge of telecommunications.

Although I'm not currently invested in notes, maybe my experience in corporate law and working with private equity clients can provide value at some point to the discussion.
