I’ve worked with developers in the past that were set on the building they wanted only to discover that it wasn’t feasible from a building code and zoning standpoint.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

However, as I learn more about commercial loans, I’m discovering that lenders will require experience with similar types of investments, as well as net worth and liquidity requirements.
