My cousin just moved from DC to Houston and has been loving the the change in lifestyle and cost of living. 

The last thing I want on my conscious is a tenant getting hurt because I did not take the proper precautions to secure the property.

However, I would like to begin my exit from the lifestyle this career demands.I currently own one property that I have lived at for two years, a one bedroom high rise just outside of the Texas Medical Center.

It's often not really a conscious thought, but an overall feeling they might get walking into a house and it makes them look at the house fondly.

I’ve lost close to $600k so far in last 10 yrs due to lifestyle issues.

As for the estimating rehab cost audiobook, we have made the conscious decision not to create that.

To those in the BP community who took the leap what have you been doing since leaving your w2 job to help supplement your lifestyle on top of your investments/flips?

(This is my second visit to Vero but husband spends a lot of time here and has good advisors re lifestyle.)

It all comes down to getting the right mix of index funds for your time horizon and risk tolerance; you don’t have to pay a financial advisor crazy amounts of money to do that; in fact you could just invest in a lifestyle fund that automatically rebalanced in the time horizon you are looking at.As for an advisor who can do both.  

The lifestyle-erica might be saying "how long are you going to wait to live how you want to live?".
