My suggestion if you are looking in Northern NJ is, cast a wider net.

To add to the comment left by @Lynda Duke about luck, it reminds me of a quote from an all-time favorite book "Would you call a fisherman lucky who for years so studied the habits of the fish that with each changing wind he could cast his nets about them?

I am sure this will lead to many interesting folks ... can I add that maybe you do  a little background on folks that you allow to do Podcasts.BP is such a strong site that some of the folks that have gotten on BP podcasts if the facts about those folks had came to light you may have chose not to put them on in the first place.. then BP investors end up kind of blindly investing with them because of irrational thought process that HEY they did a pod cast they must be golden.

I figured kuerig, cookware, KNIFE SHARPENER, cast iron, waters, granola, oatmeal, maybe a bottle of wine depending on stay length(NOT SURE IF THATS LEGAL OR NOT).

My advice is to not pay for a class and read the stuff that BP has to offer, listen to podcasts casts.
