I think it was @Mike H. who said that you'll get more interest if you pick one or two things in the house and over improve them (aka granite counter top in one of the bathrooms, etc...) so that it makes the property stand out from just all of the other plain properties.Also, being in the Baltimore area really is a challenge.

Despite hiring a property manager to get the house rented, we've faced challenges in finding suitable tenants.The property is a lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house that has recently undergone renovation.

we were only 10 days over schedule (we allocated just under 2 months) which is remarkable considering the various issues we encountered and the size of this rehab (we removed 4 walls (including a load baring), added 1 wall, added new bathroom, redid kitchen and existing bathroom layout, (new locations on shower, toilet, and vanity) removed a door, added 2 windows, new flooring throughout, and added an eyebrow porch.
