If a sham provider can diagnose you under one code, they surely can do so under multiple codes - especially when there are codes for "other" and "unspecified". 

If you moved it into an LLC to claim business expenses but didn't truly rent it out like a business, in the event of an audit, the IRS would see the LLC as a sham and hit you with all kinds of issues.Thanks,-Megan

It's a shame that BP destroyed content that, IMO, was one of the most valuable pieces of the BiggerPockets Forums.
