Does anyone know if there are REIA meetups and/or Real Estate investor meetups in Iowa, preferably in Scott County Iowa?

There are other neighboring towns in other parts of Essex and Hudson counties that are feasible options as well.I'm an investor and investor-agent based in Northern NJ (Bergen, Hudson, Essex, and Passaic counties).

Hey @David Cherkowsky my wife and I house-hacked just outside Alexandria (in the Fairfax County side) and now are in City of Alexandria in the West End.We went the walkout basement route but have friends who did rent by the room (they're past clients of @Russell Brazil). 

It’s just 7 miles from the beach, 2 miles from a large new hospital and medical campus, and within 2 miles of the county government offices.
