An individual that we had engaged on a small gutter project and been involved during the purchase of the truck - I had the outlook as essentially functioning as the 'capital provider' and going in together on a business - as he had gutter and exterior maintenance experience.Let's just say it was a bust.I'm not always the easiest person to get along with, but on two separate (and important, and close together occasions) I was essentially stood up by this 'soon to be partner.'

If you move frequently, and can make a living anywhere, then renting can be a more sound financial choice, but even those that rent, need to invest their money somewhere and real estate is a solid long term investment, and one that has stood the test of time for generations...SFH's are still a commodity, albeit, sounds like development costs, along with new regulations are making it more difficult for builders to throw up houses like in years past for the starter homes...but it is supply and demand so with plenty of starter houses out there already, maybe its time to go into the higher end homes if your a developer or as someone else mentioned go into rehabbing existing homes..in the end the market will guide your decisions but real estate will always be around as long as people need a place to live...which is pretty much everyone.

@Russell Brazil  go to the TESLA.COM site there are pictures they actually look very good.. and will last forever because they are glass they don't dent or wear out.. and they are super light weight so might be some savings in the framing and truss designs.

I was out on my property and came back up and the fence stops at a certain point so I stood in the edge of the tree line and just gave the trailer a once over a while back to gauge how long it had been abandoned based off of the overgrowth.)How do I find out about back taxes and liens?
