@Monica McDowellHello, from my experience with lenders they usualky just want a list of all properties and what they are currently rented for according to the leases (assuming they are occupied)I did see another lender once ask for list of all rents for the last 2-3 years along with how many months out of the year each was vacant.Anyway, rent rolls are pretty easy and can be done in Excel or MS Word.

With TX being non-disclosure (like MS) I believe if you can work under a good appraiser, you will have access to commercial data & sales that will not be in the MLS and in pubic records.
