I love Neal Bawa for his data presentation and his outlook on the market.  

I think being from the Bostno area has "spoiled" my outlook on what makes a "good" property to invest in, which is where most of my hesitation comes from. 

It's just surrounded by a nicer area, the outlook for Pontiac is same as Royal Oak, Ferndale, and Berkley prices are going up soon.

So far it’s been good, but I do agree with your long-term outlook on the area in general.

Their website gave little information, the phone number never worked, and the individual’s email that reached out to me was just an outlook account.
