He's happy, he's debt-free, he does woodworking on the side for more income and youtube as well with sponsorships, but all of that incredible work for a measly $2000 a month he's up to now after years, when he's spending so much on the cost of the rehabs and so much on the houses (which is a lot when you're only making $2k per month) is just mind-blowing to me.
