What are the fees with permits and what not?

I've been diving into BP this year and have been wanting to connect with local investors like yourself to bounce ideas and what not off eachother.

Additionally, the Straight Up Chicago Investor podcast has a few wholesalers as guests who talk about their experiences and what not.

A lot of people are using this money to enjoy their summers and go to the pools and vacation and whatnot.

And I'm glad to know you point out matters like integrity and concrete examples of what not to do: like grossly underestimating rehab costs, or projecting higher values/rentals than the market will allow.

This can include research, who to work with, skills, where to learn from, what to do on your own/what not to do on your own, etc.

*Other note:I'm working full-time as well (this may have relevance to lenders).I've watched videos online informing me the best way to run numbers and what not, but now as I begin to search for a property I feel more pressure and less certain of the outcome.Anyways...Thank you & I'm very excited to begin the search.
