Would you be better off selling and purchasing a less expensive property that would require less carry should it become vacant for some period of time?

There are many here on BP as well as many on Linkedin that you could reach out to and they all have forms to fill out for deal specific information.I think trying to walk into offices will not be best use of time.

By the time I reach 20% equity (likely 3+ years away), my monthly mortgage payment will come down when I refinance, but $600 is a big hit to the numbers.
