Epoxy putty, flex seal, whatever you use can patch it for a short while but the real permanent fix is to remove the stretch of pipe which involves removing walls on a tiled bathroom.However, even though the drain line drains from my kitchen, it is located in a wall cavity which separates two units.

Obviously that's a stretch, but I think you get the point.Don't get me wrong, it can be done and I've done it, but much less often do we decide to move them rather than figure out a way to keep them in place.Regarding the referral, I would try to make connections to do just that.

Joe GoreThat is why people promote the multi level entity stuff.Much harder to track down the "people" involved if title is held in a Trust where the beneficiary is an LP that has an LLC as the GP.Not impossible by any stretch but it is more than checking title at the registry and then going to the Sec of State to see the names on the corporate docs.
