Today's our 10yr anniversary, and I coulda bought the wife somethin' real nice w/ all that money we lost.Forever patient.....okay, maybe not forever.

I stayed in an AirBNB recently in which there was no hand soap available in the bathrooms or kitchen, just some good ole dawn.

They've assigned themselves fridge and freezer and pantry space and have worked out a system for the shared expenses for things like dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper.  

Brought along a hose and some soap and washed my truck during the "down" times between showing the place to make the time go by.Gail

Make sure the bathrooms have TP and attractive hand soap.

As a blogger myself, I would suggest that a self-professed "newbie" focus on telling their soap opera with a lot of personality.

I have ended up making a cleaning/set up checklists for the properties (after saying for months that I needed to do it) since there are little things that they forget to do like cleaning out the soap dish, putting bottles of water in the fridge, or putting the cake of soap in the shower, etc.

The last sub-category is Linens, Soaps, and Consumables.
