Last year I found my self more depressed than I have ever been, and in a scary place as far as my personal beliefs, how I valued myself, and how I saw my life unfolding. 

It only makes sense if you can provide some data to support your belief that s are going to increase.

And contrary to popular belief that 100% is always the goal, this is not true. 100% occupancy is actually a bad thing because it means that our rates are too low, our marketing budget is being wasted because we have to send any leads to our competitors and, most importantly, it is a trigger for other investors to move in to your market.

All of that coupled with my beliefs and values which require that I must trust in, and play fairly with others, makes this business a perfect fit for me.
