If you have no expectation of doing a deal , you will be more relaxed and be ready when a real deal comes along.

It's free as of late November as we just listed it last month and don't have bookings into the holidays yet.

The winter rent, due to the various holidays and the harsh weather in other parts of the country, does OK. 

@Michael BadinSo if it is still processing after the due date because of a holiday or something you would begin charging a late fee?

One legal bill, one speeding ticket, one car wreck or car repair, one unexpected high utility bill, birthdays, holidays, forced time-off from work, etc., etc., etc... 

They were using a local cabin company and had a really weak looking holiday season so were going to have to carry it for a few months.

Holiday breaks, Spring Breaks, Any days that are consider a "break".  

I'm also assuming from your post that most of these friends think doing 1 job is enough and they want to go home and "relax".
