Question - chip it up and replace with gravel?

Fyi it’s so old the walls are oak slabs. she is asking $150k, so it clearly meets the 1% rule, albeit with a lot of deferred maintenance.

Also with the new Chip plant going in, there will be a high demand for homes within say 15-20 minutes of the plant.

And this past year a MASSIVE oak tree needed to be cut down.

We installed concrete driveway entrances, versus leaving as dirt.  10 to 15 years ago we planted a lot of evergreen and oak trees. 

I'm thinking about purchasing a condo in Oak Park, IL and becoming a host for it.

I'm currently a Washington state resident and am looking at purchasing a 1Br condo in Roseville or Royal Oak for under 90k.

As long as you don't eat the paint chips or try to sand down the sheetrock through multiple layers of paint without a ventilation device, it's not a big deal.

There is another option from a mobile bill pay like Square, where you can manually type in a card number from any card that has a 'chip' or magnetic strip on it- like a prepaid Visa card.

Computer chips are especially in short supply and that’s held up production of new autos and other manufactured goods.
