Actually I talked to 6 different multi family mastermind groups.

A little background about me, I have just over 200 doors in my current portfolio and our company manages just over 250 doors for third party investors in addition to those. 

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

I purchase my 1st multi family in Durham last sept, I was debating between str and long term, I went with str and I am loving it so far. my dec occupancy is Unit one 2b1b: 82%unit 2 studio: 79% So far so good and already thinking of getting another one in 2025 🤤 These are great numbers for this time of year!

- Are there any resources / you tube vidoes/ or additional BP Videos I should be looking at- If anyone is so kind, would anyone be able to give me a tutoring lesson for any hour, and if so, I am willing to throw a little money for their time.

Especially on small multi family buildings since most of them are in more urban areas. 

Uploaded some build series videos for now, but will have some videos up soon discussing how to GC builds and general investment strategy.

You may also want to consider purchasing multi-unit properties and live in one of the units.
