On a pure investment scale a mid term or short term in the midwest (omaha, KC, etc..) may net you better returns.

This structure lets you leverage rental income to qualify, without needing traditional income verification, making it an excellent option for building/scaling your portfolio.

Everything in this post is great, but you have to clear the FOMO and thought of scale now.

It can be an extremely powerful tool to start to scale.
