They seem to think prices of properties will start to drop.So if you can rest (3 jobs at break neck speed can cost you health wise) plus you want to live to see the fruits of your labor and start looking around in 12 months you might be in better shape to make serious moves.Just a thought.Good luck in your investing!

In my state, property taxes can be low due to Homestead tax exemptions on primary residence, especially if the owner has lived there a considerable time, because there's a cap on tax increases each year for homesteads.It's always a good idea for agents to forewarn buyers not to rely on property tax estimates long before closing.

I have a family realtor that I use to look at turnkey properties that I'll pay market value for more times than not, but I don't want to burden their time making 100s of offers a year for me if only a percentage of those will ever bare any fruit.
