For toilets, I'd been using the 1.28 gpf type, but a fantastic .8 gallon per flush toilet is now on the market, it's called the Niagara Stealth, and it should be purchased at Home Depot(otherwise you're gonna pay like $50 or more to ship it somewhere.)

I'm trying not to take out the original trim and am thinking about 1/4 inch drywall.Also, the shiplap walls are not perfectly flush...so I'm expecting a bunch of floating of mud.

I drive over there and the tenant says "Something weird happened, it was at the toilet rim, I went to use the bathroom faucet and when I turned the water on, the water in the toilet tank started to drain to normal level" so after he said that, I flushed it again and it was acting completely normal now, any ideas?

Also the septic may work fine as in the toilet flushes fine, but the septic field is tested with die to ensure that liquid doesn't seep through the drain field too quickly.
