Especially considering that the brokerage firm has the ability to call the margin and force a sale once the stock moves too sharply to the downside to protect their interest.

I would definitely contact a local civil engineer or environmental engineering firm. 

I'm especially interested in firms like GVA or Tides Equities.

You should be continuing eviction process until you have a firm commitment and date that assistance will be paid.

If you worked with a quality firm, they should be able to assist you with questions about the mechanics of moving funds around.The bottom line is that if all accounts are held in the name of the LLC and associated with the LLC tax ID, they are interchangeable - kind of like different drawers in the same desk.If the relationship with Stessa is in the name of the IRA owned LLC, you should be fine.
