I know Apartments dot com will collect rent and they do not charge you a fee if you don't want it rush delivered to your account. 

The law does not specify how it must be delivered and if the lease does not specify a required method then you have already done all that is required.

That's pretty much the key driver to net operating costs for most landlords.

Often times there are better deals to be had that exist at a lower entry point and also deliver better returns.
