Newer valve devices are also more efficient than the old floats.

My only complaints about Cozy are that it takes several days to receive payments (not such a big deal for me as I don't run my accounts that low) and that they don't have an Android app (but the website works pretty well on a mobile device).  

If you don't have the housing nailed to the joist/truss, then you will need to purchase the new work devices.

I will either make your existing payment via a lease/option device to buy, or if you are a landlord, I will let you have the best of both worlds.
