How would you suggest going about finding a deal and managing it out of state.

Hi Christian, after investing in 30 rentals and doing tons of flips here in Tampa, my go-to for most deals is an LLC—keeps it simple and gives you that liability protection.

I have a deal on a triplex in Spokane, and i feel it is a good deal, does anybody have time to answer some questions?

And, know this: what you don't know will hurt you. 

With the idea you get your 6k back when fund deal/deals  MLM all the way sell the futures and the deals that Cogo did pay me off on as you stated took forever to fund and the rates were even higher than mine :)  Its just a very good Guru selling his stuff we all know they make the money selling the 6k how to become a lender. :)  

We currently use Visio and Easy Street for our STR deals.

If you don't like cold calling, being hyper social/extroverted, and dealing with heavy rejection often I wouldn't recommend it.

I’m based in Long Island, NY, and planning to leverage the equity in my primary residence to fund this first deal.

Some of those may even be competent and know how to underwrite deals and sponsors. 

That is the skinniest deal I will even consider.
