Well, after going gang busters on BP podcasts, working the BP calculators, working thru and finally getting the financing worked out, finding a good property, making an offer then a counteroffer, we got outbid and the last counter was $5K above the owners original counter.

I'm sure others experience the same whirwind of paper work created when attempting to indentify, get under contract, inspect, counter offer, and close on 7 to 9 properties in 45 days.  

We received a counteroffer from a REO seller saying that we "MUST agree to non-refundable EMD held by seller’s title and a 2 week closing.

Can she not cancel the sale then second you “counter offered”?

I found this deal on the MLS and I put in an offer and ended up accepting the sellers counteroffer How did you finance this deal?

Most landlords would be happy with you paying for one so make him a counter offer.

@Mark MilesIn Nevada and MInnesota the only two markets I’ve dealt with, when I as a  buyer used my inspection contingencies it was like adding a counter offer.

My agent confirmed She did Not receive Counter Offer by deadline.

Well today the seller sent me a counter offer at 820K and has stated that he is open to negotiations.
