I’ve been hitting dead ends as far as finding funding options being an out of town investor in the Pittsburgh area.

Typically where the builder goes into a smaller town or area build a small phase and then moves out to another county or town leaving not many new builds in that area to offer new future construction home sales.

One is in the country, one is in town, etc. 

I started with a portfolio of about 83 houses (SFH) in some smaller towns here in Illinois.

I am about 30 minutes north of Boston buying a house in a town called Lawrence, MA. 

I know ultimately it's up to the town / marshal 

He "talked about" the possibility of an early lease termination 6 months into his lease Apr '24 due to a new high paying job he found in another town.

The land is Residential Agriculture but I wanted to try to build a duplex or expand the number of bedrooms in the unit.
