Reviewing it, it seems that they are using AI type software to run the exchange.My experience so far with AI software in the tax realm is that it is a far cry from being ready for a lack of human intervention and oversight. 

Remember, no one else was foreclosed on due to a lack of equity, it's always due to a lack of liquidity. 

I am a contractor by trade and understand the costs/processes to build, but I am lacking in how to determine a proper sale price with little data. 

Unfortunately, I do own investment properties abroad that are still financed, so any lender that has experience with this would be much appreciated, the lack of experience in that regard has been a painful, and long underwriting process at first when I bought and then again when I refinanced my home a few years ago...

You should only consider switching when your current software has a significant flaw or lacks features that force you to spend excessive time on workarounds.

Will just help you out as you shop around.Final note: if you liked working with this PM (other than the lack of communication on maintenance), maybe ask them for quarterly pics/etc of different parts of the property in order to find a solution to this issue for the future.

Series LLC, with its lack of filed Articles for the Cells is often a problem. 

At least in Oregon were dual agency is alive and well..
