I am new to the forum and need a referral to an Investor friendly Realtor/ title company in the Tacoma and King county area.

I'm selling an investment property in Tacoma and I'm looking to move those funds to an exchange for another transaction. 

If it's worth 80K then nope run, if it's 800K then take the 430 and hire them movers. 

If she wants to move, she could stealth pack all her soft items (clothes, cookware, etc), get those out and gone one day, then hire a mover to get everything else gone in a day.

I can not speak for all of 46218 but I have never had an issue filling a vacancy in my area (25th & Tacoma).
