Economic outlook is majorly important when choosing a market.  

If anyone from or in Memphis would argue that Parkway Village has any positive outlook i would be surprised.Its always hard to stomach a loss, but sometimes the direct hit is easier than the slow bleed followed ultimately by the same direct hit down the road

Agreed :)It is much easier to keep repeat customers happy than to go out looking for new ones.I also believe that good communication is a big key to success in both personal and business relationships.Thanks for reading :)

Does that fit with what her career and compensation outlook will be next December...or a year ago? 

Compare this "rough" Palmdale crime map to any others...I think it just might change the outlook on the actual rough spots versus any past bad reputations.

A neighbor of mine, who was a builder, suggested instead of going out looking for another note I should go ahead and build a rental home.

Hopefully that's enough for me.I kind of feel sorry for people who have had rough patches in life, but that's a risky outlook to take with tenants.
