I joined multiple mastermind groups this year that meet weekly, and have felt myself physically change in terms of mindset and have created some very meaningful & local relationships that are much deeper than others that I have had in the past.

@Colton King I have a small Mastermind group here in Denver if you, or anyone who reads this, would be interested in attending a meeting let me know and I will send you the location and time.We have a small group but everyone has their own strategies and different experiences that we leverage off each other.Its been a blast to have them and we have developed good friendships over time too. 

I would also be interested in a hotel investment networking or mastermind group.

I don't know if I'd actually get all three, but at this point, getting any of them would be better than the place I'm in now.Sounds awesome.You can do this one of 2 ways.1- Start a mastermind group.2- Start a REIAMastermind- Small group, accountable to each other, helping each other.

I would really encourage you to try find a local mastermind group around you to try and attach yourself to another investor who can mentor you through the initial stages.

I believed in the process and had a great support system in a mastermind I was in that helped me tweak things along the way and hold me accountable.
