Just because you pick something doesn't mean you have to stick with it, it'll just help you identify what you like and dislike about an area.

Could you please post what turnkey companies you visited your experience and what areas you like and dislike.

I dislike it, but if that's part of the decision for not accepting the applicants: - - that's discrimination - - Get all adults to sign the lease.

I dislike those immensely (because they can become luke warm / cold while the ink is drying, right after paying top dollar)! 

However, I really dislike the kitchen & bathroom countertop.

Also, sometimes FSBO's dislike working with Realtors and paying commissions so sometimes bringing in an agent can complicate the transaction even though you would think a licensed professional would make it easier. 

I personally dislike signs, they just feel dirty and remind me of the real estate bust but apparently they work.

My renter would dislike all those options.  

I really dislike that law. 

As much as I dislike most wholesalers because of bad practices, there will always be wholesalers.
