You could build one yourself on a PC in your home office with many user-friendly programs at home, even using Excel if you don't want a terribly complicated relational database.

I save to pocket from my phone, iPad, Pc and works on android.

Depending upon your comfort with technology,  I use my PC calendar to create the reminders.The Thunderbird Calendar allows multiple 'calendars' to be created, for which I use each for a unique type of activity:  Home, Properties, Activities(like standing meetings). 

I use Zillow to list my properties...they will then add it automatically to their other sites...Trulia and Hot Pads...and it's free...I set up the listing on the desktop and track it through the mobile app...they also have a rental manager app that allows you to keep track of your applicants

@Wesley Raye I did try my order again on another device (desktop in my case - both attempts).  

(If you feel like you're missing the "college experience", just find a group of friends who party a lot, and watch lots of MSNBC for the PC haranguing you'd get from your professors.)In my experience, there are three really good paths into real estate investing (there are probably more, but these are the three I've seen most):1) Have a super-high paying job that generates lots of excess income you can use to invest.

The problem is that from what I've seen, they're all cctv and do not have an option to control them from a phone or pc.
