I learned a LOT of lessons (mainly on what NOT to do on this project).

Also get a roofer or inspector up in the attic and whatnot to look at that, maybe an electrician to look around too.. should have happened during the inspection but home inspectors can miss a lot...

Definitely the best learning experience on what not to do.

The door has the outer layer peeling and whatnot, which I won't contend because I didn't bring it up when I moved in and don't have much ground to stand on, even though I'm being charged due to incompetence of the LL.

I was opting for private lending as I plan on building a relationship with this individual and want to avoid broker fees and what not.

What would I expect to pay a maintenance person per unit per month to be on call and fix toilets and what not?

I know for sure i'm going to make mistakes without a doubt , but that is how you know what not to do again!
