Full time happens with 100+ units and often you see people scale a business on the side, like PM, construction or something unrelated like a resort in Costa Rica ;-) I am no different - I "retired" from my corporate career in 2015 and quickly realized that I can only watch so much daytime TV. 

I have been a global business developer in the world of construction equipment for the first half of my life's career and have watched Kubota take over the global excavator market country by country since the 90s against a field of 30+ competing brands by offering a product that costs 5% less, has a slightly better initial quality and about similar performance.

First and foremost - know it it is way harder than in the tv shows!  

@David Smith I was lucky enough to get a proposal from TV host on spike TVs to handle operations via a management contract.

I have already watched so many videos and read so many websites but it just keep opening up more possibilities.

I use Baselane and even though it's very simple to set up accounts and to have dedicated credit cards for each property, I do have to watch very closely that the deposits and expenditures go to the right account so I don't leave myself short anywhere.

Do you want to strategically place your spotlights were you would think people would have their couch, TV, kitchen cabinets, and other strategic places throughout the property.

Watch for when starts hitting those cap-call levels, actuating forced sells......
