What type of properties are you looking to add to your personal portfolio?

Pricing and risk levels are about the same for the same type of stuff in either city.

I quickly realized that I was not destined to work in this type of environment for very long.

Some are basically affordable housing and some are vacation type rentals.

Obviously, there are people that would prefer to buy turkey properties than other types of properties, otherwise turnkey companies wouldn't exist.

If you're looking for positive cash flow, you should be looking into the B-/C type neighborhoods because this is where you'll find a lot more buy and hold, BRRRR, and positive cash flow opportunities.I appreciate your comments.
