Why not look for a duplex or a property with an ADU so you can do a true house hack & just live together with your girlfriend without trying to force a house hack from a roommate situation?

I live in WA state and bought my first 4 properties in Ohio.Word to the wise, it can look good on paper but the old saying "you get what you pay for" holds very true in a lot of those markets.

It seems it would be in your best interest to further research your true objectives before incurring the fees to transfer the title to an LLC.

I especially think this is true if you're in C areas (and maybe D areas but I'm not in the those areas).

Almost seems too good to be true to me.3. 

It is true that before the purchase we needed to do quite a lot of work to make sure everything was organized with the payments of the debt etc.

That is very true, I understand where you are coming from.

But I did the math and for me personally that was true, I'd pay off my mortgage 5 years early if I paid an additional $100 each month to principle. 

It's not entirely true, but the point is that you need to figure out what motivates you to get going every day.

I'd like some true feedback from current users as there's not a lot of review to be found online.
